Virtual Meditation or Yoga: We have different virtual relaxation classes, being hosted through Peer Health Education, and led by Sasha Wallace. Choose It Yourself (CIY) Skillshops: These wonderful workshops created and put on by our peer educators, often focus on topics like de-stress tips, or strategies for better sleep. Check out the CIY Skillshops page!
